Muley's Bar & Family Grill in Spring Creek was established in 2007 by Steve Stork. From 2011 to 2017, it was owned by Aaron Taylor and Jeff Watson, followed by Walter (Dan) Redding, who owned it from 2018 to 2023, with Ken & Eva Wellington managing during that time. Known for its breakfast, lunch, and dinner favorites, Muley's owners and managers have always had a passion for hunting, the outdoors, and being a big part of the community.

In July of 2023, Jason Schroeder, Collen Thompson and Danni Redding became the new owners of Muley’s Bar & Family Grill. Coming from the Reno area, where they have successfully managed multiple establishments, they bring a wealth of experience to the restaurant and bar industry. Jason and Collen are very community-oriented and enjoy collaborating with community partners on various projects.

In March of 2024, they also became the new owners of the Klub Bar & Grill. They are excited to expand their family and further embed themselves in the Spring Creek area.
